Installation, Maintenance & Safety Information

Installation Notes Select the correct supply voltage and plug configuration for the vessel. Inspect the cable, plug, nozzle, and insulation before use. Keep ventilation openings clear and use the correct nozzle for the task.
Maintenance Tips Clean dust and residue from air inlets and nozzles after cooling. Check the power cable, strain relief, switch, and housing regularly. Do not operate if the fan is restricted or the tool shows overheating or electrical damage.
Safety Notes The nozzle and workpiece become extremely hot and may ignite flammable materials. Obtain a hot-work permit where required, remove combustible vapors and materials, provide ventilation, and wear eye and heat-resistant hand protection. Never use near fuel, solvents, gas, or explosive atmospheres.
